Chip conveyor TOL-2

TOL-2 - This conveyor belt is designed to automatically remove chips and sawdust from under the bed log lathe. The presence of the conveyor belt to a large extent not only improves the performance of any log lathe, as well as culture and ease of manufacturing round logs. Structurally, TOL-2 consists of a special flexible conveyor belt (8 mm), moving along the guide rollers, belt tension is performed tensioning drum with adjustable bias tape. Execution of the belt conveyor can be both RAMS (on a separate frame) and embedded (the design of the conveyor is embedded in the bed log lathe). The modular design of the conveyor assembly of different configurations are possible, consider some of the options below:
